Graffiti, Apt (for Martina)

This is the fourth example of this graffiti in just Apt. I would put it down to just a serial graffiti artist from the town,but, when we drove down to Aix-en-Provence on the A7 and A8, there was a giant one of these on the side of a bridge, with the same lavender shade. It must have been 20feet (7 meters) high. Now I wonder if it means something politically or if it's a running Provencal joke.
