  1. Coeur de boeuf is by far the best tomato (okay, my opinion). Unfortunately because of its sensitiveness (?) there is not much importing and one can rarely get it in Germany. It is a shame. One of the things I always look forward to when going to Provence.

  2. I just call them purple tomatoes. They are very fragile, thin skinned and juicy, but the best, I agree.
