Red mullet, Coustellet.

The fish are always fresh and clear eyed at the markets. Only 45 minutes from the Mediterranean. If you cook for yourself you have to go online and find out the fish names, but it's worth it.

Not sure.

Before I get hungry following this blog, I better go to bed. It almost eleven and you make me want some grilled fish. Sigh.

Sorry about the hunger. I do believe these were Mullus barbatus. There are some pictures on the net where that red and yellow matched.
