With Laure, Solveig, Saignon

One of our favorite restaurants in town was only open for our first week. Solveig, the owner, is a wonderful artist and opens her bistro from April through September. Laure is her Maitresse D' . She speaks three or four languages and is a delight to know. These were taken at the closing night party. We were all quite happy.
