It is my firm belief that every town in the Luberon, big or small, is required to keep and maintain, in fairly ratty condition, a 2 CV, that most iconic of French cars. I would prefer the old gangster Citroen myself.

You are talking about the Traction Avant?
BTW I think it's a Dyane, not the orignal 2CV :-P
I should have seen the grille, a sure giveaway.
Yeah, the Traction Avante always roared to a stop and a couple of tough guys spilled out shooting. Perfect gangster car.
And a wonderfully designed car, too.
