Magnolia bomb in Kate's aloe.

Years ago my daughter Kate gave me some aloe plants. I put them in a container which pissed her off. She said the they would do better in the ground. I finally moved them to the ground and they have done better.

When we were in Madison TN visiting I noticed a magnolia seed bomb on her dash. She told me that it's from Jimmie Rodger's grave from when she visited years ago and she has kept it on her dash ever since. 

When we got back from TN this is what I found in one of her aloes. I love things like this.
