Two Weekes back from Provence.

 

Went out into my garden yesterday and took 50 pictures in it for the first time since April. Very overgrown and jungly. Janie and I have spent an hour or so every morning since we got back pulling weeds and pruning bushes. Hard in this heat and humidity but so gratifying after three months with only 5 pots of very hardy herbs to tend to. I do like the sweaty work but only have so much stamina at eighty...sigh.
