Le Potager is Andrew Goldsby's latest venture. He, and a partner have taken over a restaurant/B&B in Saignon.The B&B is called La Bastide du Jas. It is a lovely setting. The rooms and apartments are a lovely cross between antique and modern. The restaurant has two seatings, lunch and dinner. For lunch it is a grill, serving light food, dinner is a full-on restaurant with dishes to match. These two pictures are from our first lunch there. The top is a crayfish mousse, topped by an avocado melange. The bottom is Andrew's wonderful fondant de chocolate. Both were grand, as were the grilled main courses.
