Fig story

Ian and Jane gave us a basket of figs from their tree. Lovely, huge and ripe. I found a recipe involving sprinkling some sugar on the halved figs and using a little creme brûlée torch on them. Being one torch short, I sautéed them and served them with this lovely burrata. Oh wow!
