Assiette with goat cheese, Chez Christine, Saignon
Goat cheese is the local cheese in the Luberon. It can range from a fresh cream cheese like texture to a creamy Camembert-like runny cheese, with many stops in between. All are good. This was a salade with toasted baguette slices topped with a tapenade, cubed fresh cheese and a runny one on top.
