These are just one of the many courses we'd have at Bamboo Thai. The owner is French. He married a Thai woman and lived there for years. He returned to Provence and set up this restaurant, with his wife as the chef and he as the front man. He speaks perfect english and is a gracious host. The food is wonderful. We all highly recommend the Lourmarin Mussaman for a main.
