L'Authentique is a new bistro next to the mayor's office in the upper village of Casseneuve. Our friend Gary recommended it as a great lunch spot with simple bistro food. He was spot-on. This was a lovely fresh salad with goat cheese and pesto on toast. Many savory flavors.
