Paella, Apt

We didn't try this paella this year. It was still very hard to walk by while it cooked. Last year we bought enough for four. They vacuum seal it on the spot. We put it in our fridge and then decided to go out that night. So we had it the following night. It turned out to be enough for four families of four, but it kept well and was very tasty except for the shrimp (prawns) that were a bit overdone.
