Wandering the back streets of Saignon, I came upon this allee where there always seemed to be a little decoration or artwork. I finally caught the artists in the act! There is a young couple who live here and I saw them filling in this manhole with flower petals. The first wind or rain would ruin it and maybe 5 people would ever see it. I got lucky.
I love people who do these kind of things.
