Pork chops, Saignon, Chez Jacques
Harvey and Carol bought some pork chops at a butcher shop and added some lovely squash to the larder. I ran the chops through some flour seasoned with salt, pepper and roadside rosemary. Pan fried them and made a mustard cream sauce with the drippings. Came out really well.
